Pat is a financial executive, business strategist, entrepreneur and revenue model expert who has built several multi-million-dollar broker businesses in the insurance and financial industries. 

A veteran of both the insurance and financial industries, Pat has a track record of success. He built and sold his own brokerage firm for close to $20 million. He then grew a division of one of the country’s biggest insurance carriers 1,400% in just 14 months. 

Upon leaving the corporate side of the industry, Pat has leveraged his relationships, industry knowledge and expertise to help RIA’s and investment advisors build in-house, highly profitable insurance practices and revenue streams. Often recognized as the ‘Insurance Whisperer’, Pat simplifies the complicated, finds hidden profits and reconnects them to their purpose.

With the superpower of corporate X-ray vision, Pat helps clients see through walls to reveal flaws and opportunities—and then guides them in turning ‘chaos into cosmos.’ His accelerated growth strategies, revenue systems and networking funnels act as catalysts for clients’ sustainable income and operational transformation. The seeds of Pat’s career story were planted in the pivot from a former UCLA and professional football player trying to play in the NFL, to a brokerage director climbing the corporate ladder in the insurance world. He received three degrees from UCLA on a full athletic scholarship.
