Chris works as part of our RIA consulting practice. He uses his extensive product knowledge and wide network to help our clients build out their insurance businesses, secure better contracts and compensation and grow their firms.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Hawaii and Danish Institute for Study Abroad (DIS). He has 12 years of experience in the financial services industry and holds his CHARTERED LIFE UNDERWRITER® designation from The American College. Chris has also completed his Series 7, 65, 63 licenses along with Life & Health licenses.

Brad brings two decades of experience in both the insurance and RIA business. He founded and built a $600 million Registered Investment Advisor firm and migrated over $2 billion of client assets.
He specializes in delivering the expertise, resources and efficiency models to help our clients make new acquisitions, structure their operations and grow their businesses. Throughout his career, he has successfully built partner relationships, recruited high-performing advisors, built a large book of business and ran operations for multiple locations in multiple states.
Brad’s expertise includes: acquisitions & rollups, custodian and broker/dealer setups; corporate restructurings, advisor recruiting, accounting and payroll; and benefits management.
Brad is also an Enrolled Agent with the IRS, handling tax matters for advisory firms and other corporate clients around the country.
